main scope will involve exterior renovation – full storefront replacement (all windows), structural steel replacement, roof/HVAC, etc.
2. Middle School NEW Gym – design build (interviews underway) under $15mil
project work to start December 2024/January 2025 and go for about 12-18 months dependent on design/DSA approval
3. Middle School 8 portables – move (architect working on design not in DSA yet) will have next month
